When filmmaker Chris Piotrowicz joined forces with Ben Deiß from the Dresden Symphony Orchestra, something remarkable began – a journey from a coworking space in Berlin to the first Arabic-language opera in Saudi Arabia. Zarqa is more than a film; it’s a story of cultural change, collaboration across continents, and the power of co-creation.

We are a group of 12 people who belong to the second generation of people working with a social technology called ‘Theory U’ or ‘presencing’. Inspired by action research and mindfulness practice, our work emphasises whole-system approaches, connection to individual and collective purpose and swift action from this place of alignment.
